The strange gray spot in the field of vision could be a floater, which is a small, dark spot or shadow that moves around in the field of vision. Floaters are caused by tiny bits of debris in the vitreous, the gel-like substance that fills the inside of the eye. They are usually harmless, but if you suddenly see a lot of new floaters, or if you also see flashes of light, it could be a sign of a retinal tear or detachment, and you should see an eye doctor immediately. **

A black spot in the field of vision after looking at a screen could be a symptom of digital eye strain or computer vision syndrome. This occurs when the eyes are overworked from staring at a screen for long periods of time, leading to symptoms such as blurry vision, dry eyes, and headaches. It is important to take regular breaks from screen time, adjust the screen's brightness and contrast, and ensure proper lighting in the room to reduce the risk of developing digital eye strain. If the black spot persists or is accompanied by other concerning symptoms, it is important to seek medical attention from an eye care professional. **

A bright spot in the field of vision can be caused by a condition called a retinal migraine, which is a type of migraine that affects the vision in one eye. This can result in the perception of bright, shimmering lights or spots in the visual field. Another potential cause could be a retinal tear or detachment, which can lead to the perception of flashes of light or bright spots in the vision. It is important to seek medical attention if you experience these symptoms, as they could indicate a serious underlying issue with the eye. **

Ultimately, the choice between online and in-store shopping depends on personal preferences and the specific needs of the shopper. **
